You have no rights to the software beyond what’s specified in this agreement. Fastinflow retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, and patents. The software and related materials are Fastinflow’s exclusive property and contain confidential information.
General:
This license Agreement is bound by the laws of the Pune jurisdiction, ensuring compliance and legality within the jurisdiction.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Once you’ve placed an order for a product or service, cancellation becomes challenging. However, you are trying a trial application to ensure it meets your requirements.
Fastinflow does not entertain cancellations or refunds. This trial application is to ensure customers verify and test out the application, which ensures flexibility and aims to address customer satisfaction and fairness.
Shipping & Delivery Policy:
We provide software that is downloadable in nature and involves no shipping. You will receive an email with license key information to activate the software on your computer.
In some cases, we may contact you to collect information from you regarding the computer you wish the license key to be generated against. Once we have received this information from you, your license key will be generated and sent to you.
